there are two different versions, Window's 8 which is completely new code and Windows for ARM which is for tablets and cellphones and is not new code

Hmm... I forgot all about the fact that you can manually change the bsod color (and the text color) from blue to anything you want in the system.ini file. Havent thought about that since Windows ME.
I multibooted WinXP, Win7 and Win8. It is quite diff. The gui is very nice. But if your not a bit pc savvy the controls might definately throw you off. No start button in the bottom tool bar for the start menu, shut down and program files. I wonder how much will change from what I'm seeing now.
