I gotta tell you that I am half way to my goal of walking 700 miles this year. I just logged in the 350 mile mark.
The second half of the year should be easier than the first was because I'm up to speed now. I walk about 4 1/4 miles, and I walk 2 days out of 3. That should put me well over the 700 mile mark, even allowing for bad weather, travel, illness, etc...
Actually, I can squat 470 pounds, too. Just not all at once.....:biggrin-new:
