(Most) technology patents are just absurd. I probably would have sided with Apple, but then awarded them $1. Good job, you were the first to "discover" making the edges of your phone round.
I have a free iPhone 4 (whatever the fancy one is) paid for by my work. Most useful thing honestly is google maps app. Second most useful thing is having internet anywhere. It's a pretty cool device, but I don't know if there is any specific value add over other touchscreen smartphones. Other than a lot of thought went into the industrial design of it (size, weight, feel, position of buttons).
lol I love how the Isheep got hosed with the Crapple Ijunk 5, only slightly bigger and just NOW getting 4g lol
I think a lot of what held stuff back...from what I've been reading of late...was Jobs himself.
They are going forward with things since Tim Cook took over that Jobs had said no to. The iPhone 5 is one of them.
Some of their decisions I will never agree with...like making it impossible to do your own upgrades on the new laptops that just came out.
But when it comes to trouble free computing and the smoothest running OS...Apple wins hands down.
I love the flexibility/cost of Droid/windows over Apple
