Kentucky restaurant closes after roadkill found in kitchen
Opossum eggrolls, anyone?
A Chinese restaurant in Kentucky is closing its doors after health inspectors found roadkill in the kitchen.
Customers at the Red Flower Chinese Restaurant
in Williamsburg, Kentucky, told local TV station WYMT
they were horrified when they saw a restaurant employee wheeling a dead deer into the kitchen last week.
This after they had just finished a buffet lunch there.
"It was very disturbing," customer Katie Hopkins told WYMT. "There was actually a blood trail that they were mopping up behind the garbage can."
