As we all know by now...Jersey shoreline and NYC got pummelled bad. Good luck to them.

A flooded street in Ocean City, NJ. Ocean City seems to have taken a beating in this storm. The streets are still flooded, the ocean met the bay in many places, and there is a great deal of structural damage. Add that to about 20 fires that took place last night.

We did too. We usually rented cottages within walking distance to the beach with my cousins, aunts and uncles. Some great memories. I don't recall the area we stayed but it was close to everything. I'm sure those living rooms are now full of sand and seawater.
