That and I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to movies. When I see that grainy pre-1980 film type that they used my brain just instantly shuts off.
Though, Zathras did just pop up a couple that I am quite partial to. Monty Python and Star Wars are definite winners.
Then I suppose black and white is COMPLETELY out of the question. :cool:
Couldn't stand War of the Worlds. I read the book at a young age though, and first time I saw it and the Martians were flying around, flat out killed it for me. That may have been the one that killed novels turned to movies as well. I'm always highly critical of them.
