Made my first Pizza tonite! Not from scratch tho, I used a pre made artisan pizza crust.:apologetic:
I wanted a fresh Margherita Pizza, not too many ingredients and so fresh tasting!
Brush pizza with olive oil
Place sliced fresh ripe tomatos around crust
Place sliced fresh mozzerella on the maters
Rip fresh basil by hand all aound
Drizzle a little evoo all around
Bake at 425 for about 15 minutes or until cheese gets bubbly.
This is about all you need
Start to assemble
Assembled and ready for the oven!
Out of the oven,Yummo!

That's a good looking pie even though I don't care for foliage on my pizza. No problem though, if I'm ever in your kitchen I'll just pick it off.
Don't forget to give some to the Train.
Dude, use refrigerated dough next time.
The clock is still off in his camera and he won't admit he doesn't know how to set it.
If I knew how to do that I would just not use the dang time/date function!!!
