Well, if you can't find a loop hole in the food stamp system, then you aren't very bright. I'm sorry for your condition, and I hope it gets better so that eventually you can work and support yourself, but if a crackhead can collect SNAP for her 4 kids that don't even live with her, then so can you. The worst part about food stamps is the people that need them can't (or won't depending on whether or not they're willing to lie on lawbound papers), and the people who don't need them get hundreds of dollars of benefits every month and it would DISGUST you to find out how they are really being used and what on...

Sometimes, that masters degree gets one disqualified from having a job. Why hire somebody with a Masters degree if they're going to leave the moment they find something better?

Self service gas stations and fast food joints typically do not care about your educational background and if a degree was holding me back from getting a job and feeding my family, I think I could conveniently forget to list it on the application.
