Got these in the oven right now for a late dinner...

Three 1 1/2 inch pork chops
Your choice of stuffing/dressing
Veggies Assorted
Cut the pork down the middle and stuff. Throw in all the extras and cover in foil. Bake at 350 for an hour or so. Check at the end and uncover to brown up the stuffing.
