No. I remember now! Gas wasn't a political problem back in 2000, and now it is....and damn if it isn't an election year. The good folks of CA had the good sense to defeat a proposition that was anti-oil and pro tax.

Yeah..I know that's not really popular or conventional wisdom with most consevatives...but then I happen to know where Conservative roots are truly grounded. This country used to rely on itself, but with outsourcing and ruining our manufacturing base, coupled with our dependancy on foreign oil....
