That's one of the those weird things about the child porn laws, you are guilty of the crime just for possessing a pic whether you knew the person in it was underage or not. I heard tale of some guy who had some pics of what he thought were girls in their early twenties. Someone at some computer repair place recognized one of the photos as an under age Tracy Lords (she was 16)... busted! Possession is all it takes to breach the law. Almost all nude pictures and all but one movie of Tracy Lords is considered child pornography.

What ever happened to common sense ?
