Law Enforcement Today has learned from WAVE-3 News in Louisville that a judge has released the man who shot a Louisville Metropolitan Police sergeant two weeks ago.

Judge Olu Stevens released Kenneth Walker on “home incarceration.”

Walker was charged with attempted murder of a police officer in connection with the March 13 incident in which Sgt. Jon Mattingly and two detectives went to a home to serve a search warrant.
