Listen dumb fuck, the use of waterboarding has never been legally outlawed by our country. It is still a legal means of interrogation. Bush AGREED to adhere to the concepts of the Geneva Convetion for the detainees after 2006. Anything that happened to the detainees prior to that cannot be prosecuted by such. Even though he agreed to it, Water Boarding is still recognized as usable by the United States, because it is not a recognized form of torture.

Your basis that the Japanese where convicted for the use of waterboarding is wrong, because they where convicted for the use of Water Cure, which I already explained is rather differant.
