This is an excellent opportunity for a photoshop. I'm thinking an aircraft with huge catcher's mitts in front of the engines. Perhaps a dorsal mounted airhorn for added safety.

The JU-87 (Stuka) had a whistle mounted on the wings that created the screaming effect when it went into a dive. Of course, that wasn't designed to scare geese, but Frenchmen, who have a lower threshold for fear and are less territorial (geese will hold their ground against an intruder, the French won't). Consequently, a loud horn will not scatter geese.

At least the DUmmies admit that it was geese that caused the crash, rather than some inane conspiracy theory based on some idiot throwing a parakeet at a fan, thus "proving" that geese can't bring down a jet. And, of course, Karl Rove obviously trained the geese... :D
