Obama has had a busy week, I don't find his mistake that big of a deal.

Me neither until mouth of the south put his 2 cents worth in. However, this supposedly highly intelligent Democrat should be able to get a short phrase correct. I mean how hard is that.

I do wish him the best for the sake of this country.

Is the Oath of Office really that insignificant that a "busy week" is sufficient reason to flub the oath? If it is, I think a lot of money got wasted today.

Obviously this Harvard educated attorney can't even be bothered to repeat the words someone else first says for him. How he managed to repeat all those lies during the campaign is a mystery to me.

Oh wait, he had a teleprompter, and his speeches were nothing but "uh, um, I, uh, hope and change" when he didn't have a teleprompter.

Hey Democrats, this is what a real politician sounds like when they can't speak publicly. I'll admit that Bush wasn't a great public speaker, but Obama can't even manage to get his own inaugural oath right.

Maybe we should have a "basic competency" test for the next round of presidential candidates.

    Embarrassing, f'ing embarrassing.

It's okay. He wasn't going to follow it anyway.

Stand up for what is right, even if you have to stand alone.

Not to mention the nice flub on the number of presidents who have taken the oath of office. There have been 43 people, not 44, Big Zero. (Grover Cleveland served two non-consecutive terms)

Well today might be one of the greatest days in President Obama's life, maybe he was just a little nervous?

He is human, and is entitled to make mistakes.

We've known for quite some time that now-President Obama lacks basic vocabulary and mathematical skills. The fact that he can't even follow simple instructions is something new.
