In 2003 your whistleblower tried to out a colleague as a Chinese spy. The woman was investigated thoroughly and cleared. But Tice, your whistleblower, wouldn't accept that and started his own investigation. His actions so exceeded his authorization that he was stripped of his security clearance and subsequently fired in 2005.
