    But...I hate to say I have to agree that this is the case. Judge Andrew Napolitano has written two very good books that speak about this.

    The FBI is guilty of a history of massive warrantless, illegal wiretaps, and is no one to lecture on the subject.

    In 2003 your whistleblower tried to out a colleague as a Chinese spy. The woman was investigated thoroughly and cleared. But Tice, your whistleblower, wouldn't accept that and started his own investigation. His actions so exceeded his authorization that he was stripped of his security clearance and subsequently fired in 2005.
