It's snowing, again! Which means I'll have to get out this morning before church and shovel the driveway to clear it out. Ugh.
With football season coming to a close and basketball in full swing, I'm finding myself disappointed in the lack of football. Regular, weekly games were nice, every Saturday I could expect to watch college and on Sunday was pro football. With basketball season, there are games on Thursday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, heck, who knows anymore.
TOTD: Do you have a preference between college or professional basketball? Do you make an effort to keep up with a particular team, or do you just watch whatever is on?

Even though we aren't supposed to get any snow till tomorrow it is snowing
quite nicely here at the moment. :( And since it's 18, it's sticking.
Oh well, we will run to Costco today before the BIG snow hits. :D
TOTD: I never watch B-Ball, just never got into it. Now golf on the other hand...May the FORCE be with you!

bicat, sorry to hear about the snow. Be careful and don't hurt your back. Despite the snow, you live in a pretty good part of the United States. Iowa rocks!
I am watching Meet the Press....David Gregory is doing a good job interviewing Lawrence Summers. Mr. Summers is pissing me off.
The lows at night have only been down to the high 40's & 50's....so at 8:23 AM it's 52 here already. The sun is out and at 9:30 a few of us neighbors, including my mom, are going to walk over to a Casino for brunch. It's 2 for 1, so 2 can eat for about $8.
I have a ton of math formulas to learn for some work related stuff. In my industry a simple math mistake can kill someone. Too bad for them. :D
One of the young ladies I work with was still drunk and had little sleep when we met to leave for Vegas Saturday morning, she was really feeling like crap. We all felt much better after the class was over and we had a meal at Applebees. We did not see an In n Out Burger, as that was the first choice, and we drove by several "Jack off in the Box"
I sorta feel sick...it started yesterday with me feeling like I was burning up with fever...could not check my temp because the closest thing I could find was my food thermometer. I will self medicate myself with an omelet & bacon.
Enjoy your day without football...glad I have never really felt the need to watch that boring shit. Basketball is worse, so there is your f'ing topic of the day!!!

Cold as hell here an I iz grumping. :(
I limit my sports intake to the Super Bowl and to when a Wisconsin sports team makes a national playoff.
I don't watch a lot of sports in other words. :D

We haven't had even one good snow yet. I like to have just one that is big enough to close everything down for the day.
I don't watch sports until the playoffs/championship games.

Another month to go before I play on the frozen stuff!
TOTD: I rarely watch any sports on TV. If a local team is in the playoffs, I'll watch a few games. I watched some of the World Series last year - first time I ever bothered. For the most part, I'd rather play a sport than watch it.Nothing says "idiot inside" better than an Obama/Biden bumper sticker.
