My Republican Co-Worker Nutty OathGate Theory

So I'm in management, and our general manager and I got into a discussion about politics.

We were talking about the inauguration, because I know while he's a big conservative--that we both like politics. He brought up the oath, and I just laughed. I told him I thought it was funny. He said it wasn't funny, but planned. I instantly wanted to walk away, because I could tell my boss (him) was about to say something that would piss me off.

He went onto explain that Obama purposely planned to botch the oath. Yes, that's right...on PURPOSE!!

He said Barack wanted to botch the oath where he used the Bible, so he could re-take the oath without the use of a Bible. That he wanted to hide his Muslim faith.

    Here's my response:

I said first off, he won the election--if he wanted to not use a Bible, he could have used the Koran. My boss claimed he didn't because he knew he'd face re-election. So I asked how Obama got the conservative John Roberts, who Obama voted against confirming, to comply. No response.

Eventually I just walked away. Do Freepers and conservatives REALLY believe he botched his own oath?

Have they lost their marbles? Apparently so when Huckabee and Palin are among their top choices for 2012.

RIP GOP!! Actually replace peace in RIP with hell.

1/2 bong for starting it with so. Otherwise it sucks.

No, I don't believe he botched the oath on purpose.
I believe he botched it because he is an idiot.

    WHAT!!!!

The GM didn't fall to the floor crying like a baby and soiling himself as the Moonbat kicked him in the solar plexes as the rest of the office cheered?!!!

    This is lame.

Total crock. I don't know of anyone, conservative or otherwise, who believes it was intentional. It sounded like just an accident.

Who calls their general manager a co-worker?
