    Good shootin' there Tex...:D

My uncle has a Rossi (I think) 22 slide action rimfire that is amazingly slick. It is really old and there is no telling how many tens of thousands of rounds it has fed. An action like this smoothes up with shooting. I'll bet the recoil is negligible.
Hey careful man! There's a beverage here!

Almost nothing. I was surprised by that.

I had a 44 magnum in a lever action Marlin and even with full house loads that caliber wasn't bad to shoot. It makes plinking a pleasure.

Hey, I use paper targets to sight in and practice, etc., but you need to shoot stuff that will splatter and explode and stuff. Cheap generic soda pop. Plastic bottles full of water (and the pieces still recycle). Cans of creamed corn and lima beans. :D:D

Check with the range master before you try it...:D We did it at the dump back when they burned stuff and you could shoot rats. Ahhh....the good old days.
