Advertisements [?]When I was a kid we used to "down to the swamp" to hang out. Some days we would get into some stupid arguments like... in a fight who wins, Spiderman or The Hulk?

I just read a post here that devolved into Pit Bull or Chimp, who wins?

And "some people" ask "do you think Obama reads DU?"

Back to the real world.

I haven't posted over there much, lately, but I've never been banned. People tried to have me banned a couple of times, but as I did not post anything that was personally insulting to other posters and their responses were personally insulting to me, which I pointed out.

This was when I said that doctors are wrong to perform sex-change operations, that they are facilitating a type of self-abuse. I made it clear that I didn't think the desire to be a different gender was sick, I just didn't think a life filled with ongoing plastic surgeries to maintain one's appearance was the best way to express that desire.

I also posted once that I thought bisexuals over the age of 30 were really just people who were afraid of making a commitment. I was partially joking, but man, one poster told me that people like me were responsible for the suicide of a bisexual friend of his, that some people just aren't looking to make commitments in relationships and how dare I judge them for this, and so on. I responded to them all by asking why they were getting all worked up over one comment? If you are bisexual, why should you care what I think? I'm just a cranky poster, after all.

I actually thought it was a pretty innocuous observation. Oh well, it was one of our low post count moles. We have more!

Our office does "moleing" on our breaks as an exercise in team building. Sorta of like paintball without the paint. It's a nice tension reliever and good for laughs.

BTW, I own the business and authorize this activity.

1. Of course obama reads DU daily, some times hourly.

2. They all live in the real world, and don't suggest that they don't. Especially when their dogs are talking to them about secret wire taps in their electrical wiring, or that the WTC was taken out by nuclear bombs.
