Are you under the impression that Anthony Kennedy is related to Jack and Ted?

Gee you mean they are not related ,gosh who knew !Kennedy was born in Sacramento, California. Kennedy, a Roman Catholic, married Mary Davis, with whom he had three children. He is not related to the Kennedy family of American politics.

I was under the impression based on the name and the fact that he's in the political/court system that Anthony was related to the Kennedy family, until I remembered he was appointed by the Gipper!???? What the heck Anthony? Ronald Reagan appointed this guy?

To admit my original fault however Linda, I did at first believe he must be somehow related to the Kennedy family, and because of this I assumed the postition of yet another Kennedy screwing up, based on my humble opinion that seemingly every single Kennedy since Bobby has been an epic trainwreck.

Before Ginsburg retired, he was considered a staunch Conservative and often voted with Rehnquest, Scalia, and Thomas.

While I do think that the court has moved right with the last couple of appointments, it has not been a far right swing, and Kennedy's change to the 'swing vote' reflects that.

It seems to me that hardly anything of value ever comes from the "swing" vote...betting on people to be so undecided to say **** it and just pick you? Sounds like McCain's current strategy;)

Their goal would be to subjugate America to the soon to be ,GOD forbid ,European Republic and relegate America to third world status .The Liberal/Socialistic motive is one of hatred and embarrassment of America for its power and leadership in the world and a fervent desire to see it humbled .
Neo_Conservatives broke with the Democrat/Maoists Intellectuals on their goals for Americas future but are still very much stealth Liberals in sheep's wool.

The principals that guide them are same as Marxism, Political Correctness is cultural Marxism. It is Marxism translated from economic into cultural terms .If we compare the basic tenets of Political Correctness with classical Marxism the parallels are very obvious. These people are the sworn enemy of America !
I think the American far left does look up to the EU. Just read American leftist Jeremy Rifkin "European Dream". This is a propaganda text which claims Europe is superior to America, and that America should emulate Europe.

the American people need to realise just how undemocratic and far left, anti-God the EU is.

Exactly. I've been reading the book "Liberal Fascism" lately, and the parallels between what the Soviets as well as the Nazis wished to achieve and the current message of far leftist speach of today is astounding.
