I've been hearing so much about it, that it's mild compared to the buildup.

Great Rant. Thing is, he's saying what a lot of people already know, that the administration is apparently about to subsidize people so that they can live beyond their means in houses they can't afford while not only doing nothing for those who actually were responsible and lived within our means but then requiring us to pay for this irresponsible housing subsidy.
Hey careful man! There's a beverage here!

And when we reach the point where the first group of people you mention outnumber the second group of people their will be no turning back.

True Dat. It's like Monopoly with an unlimited supply of money except at some point reality sets in.

    Dah!

Seems some people are having trouble being good little socialist/communist.

Comrades we must redistribute the wealth even if it is from the middle class. The goal of a classless society is all that is important. Your irresponsible neighbors must be helped out unless thay are determined to be insane. If so then they will be sent to fine places for their complete care with gas heating for their warmth.

It is for the "common good" preached by the greatest world leaders, heros like comrades Hitler,Marx, Stalin,Mao,Clinton, Obama ,ect.

Enemys of state will see the way or their protest will disappear (along with them) accidents happen all the time. Ha ha ....Ha Ha ha ha hahh haaaa.

It is my understanding that only those mortgages from Freddie and Fannie will be eligible for the bailout money and that only 60% of those will be sucessfull in making their payments even after the government subsidizes their payment. When I went to school 60% got you a big fat F grade.

In their rush to get this piece of shit passed, there is a glowing error on the calculation of the amount of subsidy the government will fork out to each homeowner. They only included P & I in the calculations. What that means is they low-balled the amount because taxes and insurance were not included. Therefore, this will add around an extra 25%. These clowns are so stupid they would make a freight train take a dirt road.
