    I got five out of ten, BUT...a tropical storm HAS formed in April. Tropical Storm Ana in 2003 (pictured below,see Wikipedia article). Now, if they meant to say 'hurricane'...then the answers would be February & April.


    (If you read the article it was a tropical storm for a while...as opposed to subtropical when this image was taken)
