    They did a straw poll there of members attending of who they would like to see as the next president. They do it every year.

    The results were;

    Romney ~ 20%
    Jindal ~ 15%
    Paul ~ 13%
    Palin ~ 13%
    Rest In Peace America

    I will not vote against someone. It doesn't work. Look at what we get when people vote against someone - Jimmy Carter. Bill Clinton. Barry Obamma. and that's just in my lifetime. :(

    I curious, re. Romney, what's not to vote for??

    Even though Romney had "suspended" by the time the WI primaries were held, I still voted for him, because I thought/still think he is the best qualified among "Republicans" candidates.

    He wasn't. And isn't. He's about as phoney as McCain is when it comes to being a conservative. Look at his record in Mass. - plus the man gives me the creeps. That aside - he was NOT the best qualified among the candidates. Thompson was.
