  1. #1 I've Got Two Racks of Pork Ribs.
I also have a smoker, lots of apple wood, various charcoal grills, a gas grill, an oven, a stove, an herb garden, and a pantry full of spices.

This isn't for anything special and I have all weekend.

Give me your best ideas. :)

You'd just make fun of me! I would smoke-roast them on my gas grill! They would be perfect but not done the purists way! :D

Okay - I'm going to try it with the LP grill. Mr. Snaps will be horrified but I'm sure he can overcome his scruples once it's on the plate in front of him. :D

He stared at me in a kind of fierce way and then he got a rack out of the freezer.

I used the second recipe and they were to die for. Although they didn't have the smokiness you'd get with old school wood and charcoal, they were still very excellent. Bonus - not having to babysit the smoker. :D
