#1 14 Days completely smoke free... (month and a half now)05-09-2009, 11:31 AM
After a 30 year habit.
Pitch a prayer my way if you are so inclined.
Chantix is a miracle drug as far as I am concerned.
I haven't felt like killing anyone and the urges have been minimal. I even quit a few days before I was scheduled.

I'll be rooting for you and praying for you. I kicked a 30 year, 3 pack a day habit almost 3 years ago. You should be just past the half way point for getting past the physical addiction so do quit quiting now!“I have learned now that while those who speak about one's miseries usually hurt, those who keep silence hurt more.”
God judged it better to bring good out of evil than to suffer no evil to exist.

Plus I have been exercising my ass off this week and my diet has changed drastically.
I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
Sometimes God shouts for the stupid. :o
