#1 14 Days completely smoke free... (month and a half now)05-09-2009, 11:31 AM
After a 30 year habit.
Pitch a prayer my way if you are so inclined.
Chantix is a miracle drug as far as I am concerned.
I haven't felt like killing anyone and the urges have been minimal. I even quit a few days before I was scheduled.

I'll be rooting for you and praying for you. I kicked a 30 year, 3 pack a day habit almost 3 years ago. You should be just past the half way point for getting past the physical addiction so do quit quiting now!“Progress is Providence without God. That is, it is a theory that everything has always
perpetually gone right by accident. It is a sort of atheistic optimism, based on an
everlasting coincidence far more miraculous than a miracle.”

Plus I have been exercising my ass off this week and my diet has changed drastically.
I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
Sometimes God shouts for the stupid. :o
