Just do what we do take a three quarter size baking sheet and load it up with about a dozen each of chopped Zucchini, Summer Squash and a bunch of large quartered mushrooms. Drizzle the whole thing with EVO and shake on salt and lot of Italian seasoning .Stick it into a turbo oven for about an half hour until its soft and slightly wilted and Finally shake grated cheese over the top and serve on the same baking sheet on trivets .

Well, the watermelon and fried chicken jokes just leap into the imagination but I forced another friend to bring something. She will have to come up an idea.

Oddly enough, while we may be short on side dishes, the beer inventory is just growing by leaps and bounds.
