Now that W C has educated us, maybe we could look at the reasons for the death tolls. Perhaps the correlation isn't speeding related at all? Could the reason be something like,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,alcohol?
Personally I don't care enough to research it but, If the enforcement is at NAZI levels with no results, I suggest Einstein's insanity definition is at work.
If out of state motorists are targeted as suggested, there would be a larger than average death rate of out-of-staters.Education without values, as useful as it is, seems rather to make man a more clever devil.
