Before we went running around on errands today I took out two
big, thick, Ribeyes to defrost. These suckers were so thick they still
aren't completly ready to grill but it won't be long! :D

Baked potatoes and probably a salad of some kind to complete the
meal. Nothing fancy, just a summer grilled staple for a Saturday night!

What's on or was on your menu tonight?
May the FORCE be with you!

I don't really eat meals on schedule, so I will probably skip dinner. I ate a ton of baby carrots with the neighbor lady, along with beer, and pretzels. I'm stuffed. Couldnt eat another bite.

Went out to the garden and dug a mess of new potatoes and cut a head of cabbage. Got some black pepper bacon frying in the pan. simple but tasty. Will eat with lots of real butter of course.

Same thought! Grilled a couple of porterhouse steaks with broccoli and cheese with some mexican corn, stuffed! After too many bloody marys iI am guzzling icewater now, then early to bed. Have a huge yardsale happening in the morning. I'm doing it in my shops parking lot on the main street in town, should be a good showing there is going to be a ton of stuff to sell!

We had hot dogs, Bushe's Spicy beans, Loaded Baked potato potato salad, and cucumbers in sour cream. :) The kids loved it. I cooked at my sisters . . . . .
Stand up for what is right, even if you have to stand alone.

I had prime rib for breakfast & a ribeye last night. Have not ate since then!

    Brunch in Vegas.

Did I mention the lime cheesecake?
