Have you ever heard that a dog 'knows' when an earthquake is about to hit?
Have you ever heard that a dog can 'sense' when a tornado is stirring up, even 20 miles away?
Do you remember hearing that before the December tsunami struck Southeast Asia , dogs started running frantically away from the seashore, at breakneck speed?
Do you know that dogs can detect cancer and other serious illnesses and danger of fire?
Somehow they always know when they can 'go for a ride' before you even ask and how do those dogs and cats get home from hundreds of miles away?
I'm a firm believer that animals - and especially dogs - have keen insights into the Truth.
And you can't tell me that dogs can't sense a potentially terrible disaster well in advance.
Simply said, a dog just KNOWS when something isn't right .. . when impending doom is upon us . .
they'll always try to warn us.... !!
I feel that once a black fella has referred to white foks as "honky paleface devil white-trash cracker redneck Caspers," he's abdicated the right to get upset about the "N" word. But that's just me. -- Jim Goad

Before you can do things for people, you must be the kind of man who can get things done. But to get things done, you must love the doing, not the people!

Love that dog. He has a keen sense of where to lift his leg. :D I've been guilty of walking my 2 male greyhounds in other election years and allowing them to pick the political sign of their choice. Couldn't help they had the good taste to lift their legs on Kerry's signs. :D
Drat, now only 1 male, Blue, and 2 females, so can't do too much damage. Poor Blue's legs are so wobbly that if he lifts his leg too far, he's liable to fall down. It's tough to make a quick getaway if I have to pick my pooch off the ground.
