Evan Bayh is one, although I think he'll save his 'Nay' votes for things like cap and trade and health care.
I've never voted for him. but I'm glad he was there to help create the Blue Dogs in the Senate.
I'm going with a trepedatious "no charges," though I have to admit that this thing getting dragged out makes me wonder if they're trying to find a charge to fit the "crime."
