I think there could well be a couple of dems crossing over. Some of those Blue Dogs are up for reelection this coming year . . . .

Evan Bayh is one, although I think he'll save his 'Nay' votes for things like cap and trade and health care.

I've never voted for him. but I'm glad he was there to help create the Blue Dogs in the Senate.

call him and tell him you want him to vote no if that's what you want . . . . Hell I've been more or less blackmailing spector with my vote for a year now. I call his office all the time and tell him if he votes for X I will not only vote against him - I'll campaign against him.

I'm not certain that there is any cognizable reason not to seat her. The poll only indicates overall disapproval of Obama's judgment, but really counts for nothing in terms of the legal acceptability of her as a Justice.

what the hell for? He's out of office next fall so why bother? BESIDES - he's just another philly LOSER anyway. Funny how most of the worst people in PA politics and the worst teams in PA sport are from the same end of the state.
