This isn't spending for America's defense budget, this is a blank check written to Lockheed Martin every year for more of these ridiculously overpriced jets. We have 141 of them already, I mean seriously -- dont you think that's enough?

Now to answer your question...you see all of those squadrons using F-15's (an aircraft that's been around since the 70's by the way)? Will those 141 F-22's replace all of them? If yes, then we have enough. But if the answer is no (which I think it is) then it's not enough. Too bad DUmbasses like yourself don't have a clue when it comes to defending this country.

Also, you see all those squadrons flying F-16's (another aircraft from the 70's)? They all need to be replaced by the new F-35. Of course, being the DUmbass you are, you'll complain that the F-35's needed to do this are too expensive to build.
