  1. #1 Global Warming.......I Mean Cooling.....Continues.
Notes on data released July 7, 2008:

A La Nina Pacific Ocean cooling event continues to drive tropical and global
temperatures: Globally, June 2008 was the coolest June since 1999, according
to Dr. John Christy, director of the Earth System Science Center at The
    University of Alabama in Huntsville.

While the La Nina is a tropical event, cool temperatures covered a large
portion of the globe. Among the past 30 Junes, June 2008 was the third
coldest south of the Antarctic Circle, fourth coolest in the Southern
Hemisphere and fifth coolest in the tropics.

The Antarctic continent saw its third coldest June in 30 years, with
temperatures averaging -1.53 C cooler than the seasonal norm. Portions of
Anarctica south of Australia were as much as 5.5 C (9.9 degrees Fahrenehit)
colder than seasonal norms for the first month of winter.

While La Nina has caused global average temperatures to fall by more than
0.7 C (about 1.26 degrees F) since January 2007, June was only the eleventh
cooler than normal month since January 1999.
    Okay then.

Has anyone contacted China about this, they might wanna stop all their pollutin. Why is it always our fault. India has over a billion people too, are we demanding they fix all the shit their country is spewing out. Chinas smog has made its way across the Pacific Ocean, why aren't the leftist jumping outta their skin in Cali. Anyone thought to cap the volcanos across the world that kick out more greenhouse gases in one day than all the cars in the world do in a year. Or, what about the volcano thats under the arctic circle. We are no more than a nuisance to this glorious planet and uninformed liberals are a nuisance to free societies.

Few if any have, why? Because it would be admitting that it isn't all our fault, or that it isn't all Pres. Bush's doing, to make all his oil buddies rich. Too many love to live in their little world where they believe that all the evil is located in one place, or group, and in by opposing that, then you are doing good.

If only Pres. Bush had signed the Kyoto Treaty...then this news could be taken as meaning we stopped global warming!!! However, we all know perfectly well that in LibWorld, stopping global warming, or cooling, or climate change, can ONLY happen if most Americans walk to work and live without heat or AC.

In actual dollars, President Obama’s $4.4 trillion in deficit spending in just three years is 37 percent higher than the previous record of $3.2 trillion (held by President George W. Bush) in deficit spending for an entire presidency. It’s no small feat to demolish an 8-year record in just 3 years.

Under Obama’s own projections, interest payments on the debt are on course to triple from 2010 (his first budgetary year) to 2018, climbing from $196 billion to $685 billion annually.

Global warming? I thought it was global climate change now, since global warming never quite panned out.

But I mean, didn't you evil Libertarians hear the news? "We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times!":p

We've had a slightly cooler summer in Michigan, so far. Most days have been in the 70s and 80s, with only a few days over 90. It's been nice, but we've had a lot of humidity and sudden storms.
