    Yes and they call them unlimited. In the fine print they state they can terminate you at will with no reason.

    I live in a rural area, too. There's no limit to what I can download, except for the 28k max dialup speed. So I don't bother with video/sound.

    I have direct internet access and space at my ISP for a home page for $20/mo. Even a local telephone number. So, in my case, the plusses outweigh the minuses.

    bullshit. They have a government monopoly. If they can do that - you need to talk to your local utility commission about that. :mad:
