I would not expect a mental financial midget like you to understand tax laws. Here is the gist of it in simplistic terms so that even an idiot can understand. Gates is not reporting the use of the property as a benefit of value to the tune of $4,700 thousand dollars a month as income. Living rent free provided by an employer is considered taxable income under IRS and state revenue guidelines. This tax cheat owes individual state and federal taxes on the total yearly rental value of this property. FYI, in the business world the term that is used for this type of compensation is benes.

I think that Black Studies is so important to America that anybody that teaches the subject should not have to pay taxes. It is like the most important subject in America. Fine outstanding Black scholars like Gates are the best part of America.

If Obama has his way, that's the way it is going to work.

I worked on a sales tax audit of a black university that was not paying taxes on their cafeteria sales. The black honcho of the Revenue Dept. told me to waive the penalty and interest and collect only the tax. I refused because waiving the interest is against state law. I still have the letter that he signed instructing to waive the interest. If I was going to get nailed, I was going to take him with me.

I suspect this crook will not have to pay back taxes.
