Bloody Mary part IV! We tend to go thru this stuff too fast, so we decided to double our end product. We also doubled our labor! We make a day of it, you know jumping in the pool, adult beverages and a cookout!
Its always more fun talking about doing it then when we get down to business! Coring and hand squishing 100 lbs of tomatos, chopping 30lbs onions and 25 lbs bell peppers and 5 lbs jalapenos is hard work! But the real work is when you have it boiled down to the correct consistancy and then it is time to run it all through the food mill, its like exercize!
The real secret is in the secret spice dump, its got some exotic spices in there and the good old boys wont give us the recipe! But the end result, the perfect bloody mary mix is worth it! You can't buy this anywhere and when you add vodka you are done!!
