C'mon Gator, try to find fault here!!

    Grouper filets
    olive oil
    S&P
seasoning - I used a mix of Everglades heat, cajun seasoning and flavor foundations seafood blend.
    tomato
    boston lettuce
    nice crusty Italian bread
    tartar sauce
    Claussen pickles
    cole slaw

Brush the filets with evoo both sides, liberally sprinkle seasonings and S&P on both sides and let sit in fridge.

Heat grill to hot, then lower flame to medium. Place filets on hot grill and cook for 5 minutes, flip filets carefully and cook for 4 minutes more. While flipping place bread on grill to brown up.

Take in house and assemble sandwich! Lather both sides of bread with tartar sauce, add lettuce, tomatos and top with filets!
    Get stuffed!

Teetop, there is a beer here!

    Grillin just right.

    Assemble

    Mmmmmm!

    That will do.

However, don't let my approval of this one dish go to your head. You still have a lot to learn about food.

By the way. Here in the Florida we would not call it a goddamn hoagie. At least not real Floridians.

Here in the Florida we have "Grouper Sandwiches". Only the yankee transplants calls them hoagies.

It is only semantics so I won't use that to take away from the food but be careful next time.

The picture of that sandwich, open-faced, looks great. For three people!
