Also got a grill basket, the wok type with higher, slanted sides for grilled veggies. I didn't fix that for this evening, but we've been grilling whatever veggies I happen to have in the frig every night. Last night I sliced a russet, 1 sweet potato, zucchini spears, yellow squash spears, asparasgus, red onions into the wok, sprinkled a tiny bit of hickory seasoning on it, along with garlic powder and a sprinkling of olive oil. When they're finished I toss with a bit of parmesan. They're delicious.
