Wow, according to one of the men on the tape, Cheney actually went on a brief trip to Kazakhstan because of donations by the Kazakh government to increase it's international status.

Flipping through the pictures is halarious, it reminds me of Forest Gump, it all looks so fake, he is a well connected guy.
