I thought I would pass along some recipes from my sister, she just send me a few more. Usually good ones from her.

    KING RANCH CASSEROLE

    1 cup diced onion
    1 cup diced green pepper
    1/2 lb mushroons, sliced
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 can cream chicken soup
    1 lb cheese, grated
    2 - 3 cup diced boiled chicken
    1 cup Ro-Tel
    1 clove garlic
    1 TBSP chili powder
    1 TBSP chicken broth
    1 (8oz) pkg tortillas
    1/4 cup butter

Saute onion, green pepper & mushrooms in butter. Add soups, Ro-Tel, garlic, chili powder & chicken broth. Line casserole dish with a layer of tortillas, then a layer of chicken, sauce & cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 drgrees for 30 minutes.

    HOT BACON DIP

    1 can Rotel
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    2-3 garlic buds, minced
6 slices bacon, cooked very crisp & crumbled
    Picante sauce to taste

Cook all ingredients together just until hot. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

    Jill, my niece, came up with this;

    AWESOME MARGARITA RECIPE

    1 - can Limeade Concentrate
    1 - can Lemonade Concentrate
1 - can Triple Sec (use one of the concentrate cans to measure)
    1 - Beer
2 - cans Tequila (use one of the concentrate cans to measure)

Follow the directions on the back of the concentrate cans for the water & substitute 2 cans of the Tequila for water then all the Triple Sec & add the Beer last. Stir well. Pour into Large Zip-Lock Bags & FREEZE. The beer in the mixture makes SLUSH.

An Old Family Turkey Recipe (just not my old family)

Here is a turkey recipe that also includes the use of popcorn as a
stuffing -- imagine that. When I found this recipe, I thought it
was perfect for people like me, who just are not sure how to tell
when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out. Give this a try.

    8 - 15 lb. turkey
    1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is Good.)
1 cup uncooked popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT) Salt/pepper
    to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush turkey well with melted butter
salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in
baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.
Listen for the popping sounds. When the turkey's ass blows the
oven door open and the bird flies across the room, it's done!

    :D

Allright, coming from a marcurita freak.... what the hell is a can of tequila!?!?!

Substitute everything said here with fresh squeezed lime and lemon, some Grand Marnier(or Cointreau) Good Tequila like silver Patron or Tres Generations, not canned! And a salt rimmed glass and its like being on the beach in Florida!
