Two women are facing felony charges after they allegedly pushed a man off of his bike and then ran off with his beer in East Naples, according to the Collier County Sheriff's Office.
Jessica Dawn Pagliaroli, 18, 5238 Jennings St., Apt. A., East Naples, and Allison Marie Ratliffe, 22, 327 17th St. N.W., Golden Gate Estates, were each charged with robbery by sudden snatching.
Arrest reports gave this account:
Leonardo Lopez Ramirez, 37, was riding his bike along Jennings Street shortly before 4:30 p.m. and was carrying a 12-pack of Bud Lite that he had just purchased at the store.
As Ramirez rode past Pagliaroli and Ratliffe the two women began to harass him, asking for his beer. Ramirez refused.
Ratliffe then told Pagliaroli to take the beer from him. Pagliaroli pushed Ramirez off his bike, causing him to fall to the ground. Pagliaroli then picked up the beer.
The two women began to laugh at Ramirez, telling him, “Now we have your beer,” arrest reports stated. Both women ran inside Pagliaroli’s apartment nearby.
