Port Richey, Florida – Port Richey's 'Master Drew" will not go to prison. The 35-year-old man, who's real name is Andrew Kobak, was sentenced Wednesday to 3 years probation for pimping out his 19-year-old 'sex slave.'

Kobak plead to one count of deriving proceeds from prostitution, one count of maintaining a place of prostitution and one count of possession of marijuana linked to his 2007 arrest at his home at 7601 Jasmine Blvd. in Port Richey.

The 19-year-old told deputies that Kobak was charging for customers for each sex act she performed. Days before Kobak's arrest, the girl signed a 5-year "Slavery Contract" to prove her allegiance to "Master Drew." The contract outlines which sexual and disciplinary acts are permissible, sets dress code and hygiene restrictions for the girl, and says the safe word is PUMPERNICKLE.

As part of Kobak's probation, he is forbidden to use the internet, unless it is work related, he cannot possess pornography, he cannot have contact with the victim and he must submit a DNA sample to law enforcement.

Typical of too many of the "d/s" types, too; excessive legalism. It can be an interesting relationship, but anyone who NEEDS to be called "Master"..... isn't.

That contract is 11 pages long.

I can't see why he would bother since the slave in question appears to be virtually illiterate based on her contributions to the "contract".

The contract does take the edge off the spontaneous side of the relationship.

    Sigh...

"Typical of too many of the "d/s" types"???
    Rubbish!

This behavior is "typical" of those that THINK they are members of the Lifestyle.

And no, I do not know "Master Drew". Although, I know someone that I think, does.
And no, I do not use contracts, either. IMHO, it is unnecessary, because long before I will consider a woman my "slave", all conditions have already been negotiated, communicated, experienced, or witnessed and discussed.

A contract is a tool that most "Masters" do not require.
IF a submissive wishes to have a "slave contract" drawn up, the first thing she (or he; I simply do not personally use the services of male submissives/slaves) must realize, is the inherent differences between submissives and slaves.

And as for the "Safeword" being "Pumpernickle"... slaves DO NOT have safewords.
Safewords are a tool for the submissive, to be used to slow down, change, or stop a scene. It does not apply to anyone that has identified themselves with their Master (or Mistress) as a slave. The simple reason for this is, that a slave is "property" within the relationship. They forfeit their rights of control, completely.

Again, the emphasis is "within the relationship"!
I do not condone, in any way, the prostitution of another person.
And why anyone that calls themselves "Master" would do that to their slave, is absolutely beyond me.
