When Kimbo first got into MMA after racking up dozens and dozens of barefisted backyard fights I knew it was only a matter of time before he failed miserably. He packed dynomite in both fists but was severly limited defensively and had no ground game at all.
Dana White, the head of the UFC had said that he would never let Kimbo Slice fight in the UFC until he proved himself. Kimbo humbly went to the back of the line and will try to get into the UFC by fighting in the Ultimate Fighter. Tonight he fights his first fight against "Big Country" Nelson, a fighter who is his equal in punching power and his better in everything else.
