Limbaugh Could Soon be NFL Team Owner

The razor-tongued shock jock Rush Limbaugh, fired by from his NFL analyst gig six years ago for racially controversial comments, could soon become the owner of an NFL expansion squad.

CBS Sports reports that the well-heeled duo of Limbaugh and St. Louis Blues Chairman Dave Checketts are among three groups that have submitted bids to purchase the St. Louis Rams. “It's unknown whether the bid includes the 40 percent owned by Stan Kroenke, or the 60 percent currently held by the two children of the late Georgia Frontiere,” S.I.com reports. ...

I think they've scored less than 30 points in four games this season, and are 0-4.

Although (delving into politics here), it is odd that Rush would associate and love a somewhat socialist enterprise as the NFL. :D
