Anyone catch this little gem? 4th and 1 and the Steelers go for it. Big Ben tries to bull rush up the middle but is stopped. Referee spots the ball and it's time for a measurement. This is the measurement:
The call? First down Steelers. Wha? You know, we all suspected officials to be blind but to have them prove it...just wow.

Yes it is. You move the camera around to where you see only the edge of the marker and none of the front and it is close, nut it is a first down.Originally Posted by PoliCon

BTW - unless you're blind - the ball has been digitally altered.

I mentioned this in another forum. The camera angle shown is slightly from right to left. So, if you move the camera to where it's now even, it does change things. The ball ends up further from the marker. This was a ridiculous call through and through.
