    Turns out more than four-year olds were getting checks. Seems like everyone was in on this deal. Even Americans who shouldn't have been. Even those who weren't…Americans.

    And the government all but saying, you want the candy, you got the candy!! the fraud was so rampant, so widespread, so un-checked, and so under-reported that ... Fraud on such a massive scale, that if Mr. George is right, had IRS agents themselves, among the abusers.

    And this is about a lending program that was supposed to help first-time buyers get a home. and administered by a bureaucrats clearly far from even...

    Those IRS agents should be fired but doubt that will happen. With every Federal program, there is always someone that is trying to game the system. Several years ago, federal employees were caught using their governmental credit cards to buy jewelery, electronics, etc.

    The IRS has turned their backs on investigating outfits like ACORN for years.If you have any political 'horse power' or are a National Black Minority Leadership critter you get an automatic 'pass' from the IRS.

    Jackson,Sharpton and Rangel should have been in jail for tax evasion years ago but the IRS avoids them unless pushed .The IRS is in the business of going after the small people who make small mistakes then penalize the crap out of them as an example to the rest of us.
