I know I'm late, just to add what SR said....I am on the fast track to a much more senior role at work which means a lot later hours, the "stupid season" is on us soon (ugh) and things at home are busier these days.

I stood down mainly over time and work limitations.....RealLife™ being what it is. Damn..where did this year go?
