Rep. Joseph Cao, a first-term Republican who holds an overwhelmingly Democratic seat in New Orleans

I wonder if they read all 1990 pages before the vote?

Not yet, Reid must pull 60 together to pass the senate. But its closer tonight, but by a slim vote.

After tonight I am pretty scared, I fear this could be the beginning of the end.

An acient wise man, I can't remember who, once said something like; All Democracy's will fail once the populace finds they can vote to recieve money from the government.

And the coward waited until the 218th vote was cast to pass it before he then voted no so he can probably say his vote didn't matter anyway.

My long held fears of my "Poor Man's James Bond" and "Anarchist Cookbook" going to waste have been quelled somewhat tonight. Gonna wait on the Senate then after that, I really don't care.

If passed by the Senate, it does not take effect at the earliest in 2013.

    Good one.
